When you send an enquiry through this website we collect the details you choose to give us — your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write about your celebration.

We also collect basic, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and roughly where visitors are located.

We use your contact details only to reply to your enquiry, share quotes and packages, and coordinate shoot dates. We do not sell your information to anyone.

If you book us, we keep the details needed to plan and deliver your coverage — venue, function timings, and the people we should look out for on the day.

Photographs and films we create remain our copyright, and we may show selected images in our portfolio, on social media and on this website.

If you would prefer that your photographs are never shown publicly, tell us before the shoot and we will record that against your booking. You can also ask us to remove specific images later.

Enquiry emails are kept for up to two years. Delivered galleries and final files are kept for at least one year after delivery, after which archival storage is at our discretion — please keep your own backups.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@visqora.in and we will respond within 30 days.
